''Elachista luticomella'' is a moth of the Elachistidae family. It is found in most of Europe. The wingspan is . The moth flies from June to August depending on the location. The larvae feed on ''Bromus ramosus'', ''Dactylis glomerata'', ''Deschampsia cespitosa'', ''Festuca gigantea'', ''Festuca pratensis'', ''Lolium perenne'' ''Melica uniflora'', ''Milium effusum'', ''Poa humilis'' and ''Poa pratensis''. They mine the leaves of their host plant. The mine has the form of a long, narrow, white corridor, descending from close to the leaf tip to the leaf base or even the stem.
